Mateja is a leading expert in business valuation, company sales, and family succession planning. With extensive experience advising companies at critical moments, she offers strategic insight and targeted solutions. Her strategic focus, analytical approach, and thoughtful negotiation skills effectively support clients in maximizing their strategic and financial goals.
She began her career as an analyst in controlling and strategic planning, continued as head of finance and accounting, and since 2007, has been an advisor in business valuation, acquisitions, preventive business-financial restructuring, family succession, and corporate and asset restructuring. Mateja holds a degree in economics and is a certified business valuation appraiser at the Slovenian Institute of Auditors. In 2023, she completed the Psychodynamic-Organizational Coach program at the Institute for Organizational Psychodynamics in Maribor. She serves as a professional advisor at OOZ, GZS, and SPIRIT Slovenia, providing comprehensive support to business owners planning their exit strategies. She contributed to the manuals "Succession: The Challenge of Family Businesses" and "Succession: From the Successor's Perspective in a Family Business," published by SPIRIT and MGRT.
Marko Wolf

Marko is a specialist in tax advisory and business valuation, with over a decade of experience in planning and executing complex financial transactions, corporate financing, and debt restructuring. His focus on delivering optimal solutions for clients, regardless of the complexity of the situation, has earned him the trust of companies seeking solid financial support. His expertise includes a deep understanding of business processes, tax procedures, and the processes related to company sales and valuations.
He began his career in 2001 in financing. He led asset valuation activities and assessed the risk of compliance to enhance debtor payment discipline. He managed a company focused on financing individuals and legal entities, deepening his knowledge of securing grants and loans from various sources, managing financing-related risks, and restructuring debts. Since 2013, he has been an external partner and financial advisor to various companies for business and investment plans and asset valuation. Marko holds a degree in economics and is a certified business valuation appraiser at the Slovenian Institute of Auditors. Since 2020, he has focused intensively on taxation and tax advisory, enhancing his knowledge through the Certified Tax Advisor program at the Slovenian Institute of Auditors.
Marko Kašan

Marko Kašan is an expert in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and business valuation. His analytical skills and precision have enabled companies to achieve strategic growth and development. He built his career on successfully completed transactions and advisory projects in comprehensive financial and investment consulting. His approach is always focused on long-term value and optimal results for clients.
Early in his career, as an independent project analyst at KBM FINEKO d.o.o. – Nova KBM bank Group, he conducted business valuations, financial analyses, and assessments of project economic viability, and prepared financial analyses of company operations and participated in corporate restructuring. In 2010, he was awarded the title "Manager of the Future" in a competition organized by the consulting firm Kearney, Manager magazine, Finance newspaper, Mercator d.d., and the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. Marko gained M&A experience as an advisor on buy/sell side projects in various industries, primarily in CEE countries – SLO, CRO, SRB, BIH. From 2016 to 2017, he also collaborated with Arthur D. Little on projects in North Macedonia for Makedonski Telekom, implementing business models and strategies. He then served as an advisor to the management board of Telekom Slovenije d.d. for M&A and strategy. Marko holds a degree in economics and is a certified business valuation appraiser at the Slovenian Institute of Auditors.
